How long does my casserole stay fresh?

Our casseroles are meant to be consumed within 4-5 days. They are considered to be “food safe” for up to 6 days after pick-up.

Can I freeze my casserole?

Yes!! Our casseroles can be frozen for up to 6 months. They can be reheated from frozen, however, we recommend that they be fully thawed before reheating.

How do I reheat my casserole?

Each casserole will come with its own instructions for reheating. If you misplace this or have questions, reach to us at casseroledaddytx@gmail.com or through this website. Additionally, since all of our casseroles are fully cooked, you can reheat them at 350-375 until they reach an internal temperature of 165.

Do you offer Delivery?

At this, we do not offer delivery, however - we are open to discussing additional options when necessary to accommodate our customers. These options may incur additional fees.

When is the pick-up time?

Pick-ups are always scheduled for Monday evenings between 5:00pm and 6:00pm in Frisco, TX near DNT and Lebanon Rd.

How many people does each casserole feed?

All of our casseroles are served in a 12”x10” pan and are made for 8 portions. Due to density, some casseroles will have more than 8 servings and not all servings are created equal. These are all designed to ffed a family of 4 with leftovers.

Do your chicken casseroles contain white or dark meat?

All of our chicken casseroles contain 100% white meat chicken.

Do I have to “cook” my casserole?

All Casseroles are fully cooked, all you have to do is reheat them.

Where are your casseroles prepared?

All of our casseroles are prepared in a commercial kitchen located in Dallas, TX by Servsafe certified cooks.

Do you offer substitutions?

At this time, we do not offer substitutions on any of our casseroles. If you have something in specific you are looking for, please feel free to reach out to us and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
